  • 1 tb toasted sesame seeds
  • 10 oz (283g) cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • a few handfuls of fresh herbs (basil, mint, cilantro, parsley, or a mix), coarsely chopped crushed red pepper
  • black pepper
