Ahead of each rally, Girlbossawards 10 financial needs-based scholarships to women who’d love to attend the Girlboss Rally.
Below, meet the 10 incredible women who were selected to attend the rally in downtown Los Angeles, where they’ll meet likeminded hustlers, dreamers and doers, and gain insight and inspiration for their dream careers, which include ambitions across fashion, cybersecurity, community building, media, and just about everything in between.

Big dream of career domination:My main goal is to work in a production company as a producer and film director, and to eventually have my own production company. My production company will not only produce films but also events, concerts and theater plays, that would contribute to the cultural development of Puerto Rico. I would also love to open a film, music and arts school in my hometown to give others access to necessary education in the field.
Who you’re most excited to see at the Girlboss Rally: There is something about being in a room full of exceptional women that creates an extraordinary atmosphere of wanting to achieve greatness. Nothing inspires me more than learning from experiences, and connecting and sharing ideas with other creative visionaries. Most minority owned businesses go out of business within the first five years, and Major Marketplace and I are on a mission to keep more minority businesses in business.
